Data Processing Agreement

1. Scope and Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Message Reply and the Customer regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR requirements.

This DPA applies to all processing of personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA).

2. Definitions

Personal Data

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing

Any operation performed on personal data, whether automated or not.

Data Controller

The entity determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.

3. Data Processing Obligations

Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer
Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
Assist the Customer in responding to data subject requests
Notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a data breach
