To post on Instagram from BOKBOK, you connect the Instagram account that belongs with your Facebook Page. After that, it shows up as a destination when you create a post.

What you need first
Your Instagram should already be the professional account linked to the Facebook Page you use for the shop. If those two are not linked in Facebook, connect them there first, then come back to BOKBOK.
What to do, step by step
The connect flow asks you to choose the Page, then uses the Instagram attached to it.
- Open Channels in social posting
- Connect Instagram
- Choose the matching Facebook Page when asked
- Confirm Instagram shows as connected
- Select it in Create Post next time you share a photo
Tip: If Instagram does not appear, check that the Page and Instagram are linked in Facebook settings, then try connecting again.
Posting after connect
You do not connect every time. You connect once, then pick Instagram on each post the way you pick Facebook.
