How to Post in Discord with BOKBOK

Community servers run on Discord. BOKBOK can send an announcement to a Discord channel you choose—useful for product drops, event reminders, or a simple hello to members.

Pick the right channel

Use an announcements channel, not a noisy general chat, unless that is where your members expect news.

What to do, step by step

Connect Discord, then pick the channel. Posting is blocked until that channel is set.

  • Connect Discord under Channels
  • Choose the server channel for posts
  • Confirm it shows as connected
  • Create the post in BOKBOK and select Discord
  • Preview, then Post now or Schedule

Tip: Keep Discord captions readable. If you also post to Instagram, you can shorten the Discord version or keep it longer for the community.

A light schedule

Communities ignore spam. One clear update beats five thin posts. Schedule Discord news when members are actually online.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Discord say it needs a channel?

After you connect, pick which channel should receive the post. Then it is ready.

Can I post photos to Discord?

Yes. Add photos in Create Post the same way you do for other networks.
