How to Use Posting Sets in BOKBOK
A posting set is a saved group of places you post to often — like a shortcut. Instead of tapping the same Facebook Page and Instagram every morning, you pick the set once and keep writing.

Think of a set like a lunchbox label
Imagine three lunchboxes: “Daily shop,” “Sale day,” and “Team only.” Each lunchbox already knows which places should get the food (the post). That is a set.
You can also keep a different short line of text for each place inside the set — for example a short Instagram line and a longer Facebook line.
How to make a set (step by step)
1. Open Sets in Post Automation.
2. Tap New set.
3. Tick the ready places that belong together.
4. Optionally type a starting caption for each place.
5. Give a clear name like “Shop daily” or “Weekend sale.”
6. Save.
- Only places that are already connected and ready can join a set.
- Use names you will understand next month.
- Editing or deleting a set does not change posts that already went live.
How to use a set when you create a post
Open Create Post. When you are ready to choose places, pick your set. The places fill in. If the set had saved words, they appear for you to keep or change for today’s offer.
You can still add or remove one place for this single post without changing the saved set.
Tip: If an old set includes a place you disconnected, reconnect it under Channels or edit the set and remove that place.
How to edit or delete a set
On the Sets page, open the pencil to change who is inside or the saved words. Use delete for sets you never use anymore so the list stays short and friendly.
Three starter sets that work for most shops
Daily shop: Facebook + Instagram for everyday updates.
Offer / sale: the same places, maybe with sale wording saved.
Team only: Slack (or Discord) for staff notes.
Use Daily shop most mornings. Use Offer on sale days. Use Team only for internal notes.
Set vs draft (easy difference)
A set remembers who should get the post (and optional starting words). A draft remembers a whole unfinished post (words, photos, and choices) until you finish it. You can use both.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need sets to post?
No. You can tap places by hand every time. Sets only save time when you repeat the same group.
Can one Instagram be in two sets?
Yes. The same Instagram can sit in Daily shop and in Sale day.
What if I rename a set?
Only the label changes. Your old posts are not affected.
What if New set is disabled?
Connect at least one ready place under Channels first.
