Which Page to connect
Use the Page people already search for and message—not a test Page nobody follows. You can add more Pages later if you run more than one.
What to do, step by step
Stay signed into the Facebook account that manages the Page.
- Open social posting and go to Channels
- Choose Connect for Facebook
- Pick the Page from the list
- Wait until it shows as connected
- Open Create Post and you should see that Page
Tip: If the wrong account appears, disconnect, then connect again from a private browser window so Facebook shows the account that owns the Page.
After it is connected
You only reconnect if you change Page access, switch Facebook logins, or Facebook asks you to. Day to day, you just create posts.
