How to Use the BOKBOK Posting Calendar
The Calendar is like a wall calendar for your shop posts. You can see which days already have something going out, which days are empty, and which posts are still waiting. This guide shows you what to tap, what the colors mean, and how to fix a day that went wrong — in simple words.

What is this page?
Open Post Automation, then tap Calendar at the top. You will see days of the month (or week, or one day). Each small mark on a day is a post for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another place you connected.
You do not need to open Facebook or Instagram to check your plan. Everything sits here in one picture.
Tip: If the Calendar is empty, first go to Channels and connect at least one Page or account. Then make a post. After that, marks will appear on the days.
What the colors mean (easy version)
Think of colors like stickers on a school calendar:
- Purple-ish / waiting: the post is saved for later. It has not gone out yet.
- Blue / already shared: the post already went live on that place.
- Red / problem: something did not go out. Open it and try again or fix it.
- Orange / mixed: that day has more than one kind (for example waiting and already shared). Tap the day to see the list.
Month, week, or one day — which should I pick?
At the top you will see three buttons: Month, Week, and Day.
- Month: best when you want to see the whole month and find empty days.
- Week: best when you are planning the next few days more carefully.
- Day: best when one day has many posts and you want to see them clearly.
Tip: Use the left and right arrows to move to the next month or week. Tap Today if you get lost and want to jump back to today.
How to make a new post from an empty day
Find a quiet day with space. Tap that empty day. BOKBOK opens Create Post and already remembers that date for you. Write your words, add a photo if you want, choose where it should go, then schedule it.
When you come back to the Calendar, you should see a waiting mark on that day.
How to move a waiting post to another day
Sometimes a sale moves, or you are too busy. You do not need to write the post again.
On the Calendar, press and hold (or click and drag) the waiting post. Drop it on a better day. The words and photos stay the same. Only the day changes.
After you drop it, look at the new day once so you know nothing important is already sitting there at the same time.
Tip: Only waiting posts can be moved this way. Posts that already went live stay on the day they went live.
Looking at one day and using the buttons
Tap a day to open the list for that day. For each post you may see buttons like:
- Preview: see the words and photos before you change anything.
- Schedule again: make a new waiting post that uses this one as a starting idea.
- Edit: change the words or timing for a waiting post (when edit is allowed).
- Delete: remove a waiting post, or remove a live post from that place when the button is shown.
- Open: jump to Facebook or Instagram to see it the way customers see it.
What to do if a post shows a problem (red)
Do not panic. Open the red item and read what happened in simple terms. Common fixes:
- The Page was disconnected — go to Channels and connect it again.
- Instagram needed a photo — add a photo and try again.
- The time already passed — pick a new future time.
- Then schedule again, or make a new post for a new day.
Filter by one place (Facebook only, Instagram only, and so on)
Near the top you can tap small circles for All, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, or Telegram. Use this when you only want to check one Page and ignore the rest for a minute.
A calm weekly habit anyone can follow
Once a week, open Calendar on Month view. Find two or three empty days. Make or schedule a simple post for each. Then check tomorrow’s waiting posts. That is enough to stay visible without living inside every app.
Frequently asked questions
