How to Use Posting Analytics in BOKBOK

This page is about simple numbers: how many people liked your posts, wrote under them, or shared them. You do not need math skills. You only need to notice what worked so you can do more of that.

What is this page for?

Open Analytics in Post Automation. You will see big number cards and a simple picture over time. The goal is to answer two friendly questions: “What did people enjoy?” and “Which Page needs more love next week?”

What the number cards mean (in shop words)

You may see cards like these:

  • Likes: people tapped like (or a similar heart).
  • Comments: people wrote under the post.
  • Shares: people passed the post along (often on Facebook).
  • Engagement / attention: a combined sense of how much people reacted overall.

Tip: If a card shows zero, you may not have posted in that time window yet — or that place does not send that kind of number back. That is okay.

Pick how many days to look at

Choose 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.

  • 7 days: good after a busy sale week.
  • 14 days: a calm middle view.
  • 30 days: good for a monthly check.

Look at all places, or only one

Start with All channels to see everything together. Then tap one Page or Instagram if you want to compare. Example: Facebook got more comments this month, so next week you put more offers there.

How to refresh the numbers

Tap the refresh button when you want the latest counts after a busy morning. Sometimes you must wait a short time before you can refresh again. That keeps the numbers fair and steady.

How to read the list of posts

Below the big numbers you may see recent posts. Tap or preview one to remember which photo or caption it was. When a post has many likes or comments, make a similar one next week (new photo, same clear style).

When a place cannot show numbers

Some places you post to do not send likes and comments back here. You can still post there. Just use this page for Facebook and Instagram (and any other place that does show numbers).

A monthly habit (five minutes)

Once a month: open Analytics, pick 30 days, write down your top two post styles (for example “photo + clear price” and “thank you to customers”). Then open Calendar and plan four posts in those styles. Done.

Frequently asked questions

Why are all my numbers zero?

You may not have posted yet in that date range, or you need to connect Facebook/Instagram first. Try 30 days and refresh.

Should I check this every day?

No. Once a week is enough for most shops. Check sooner only after a big launch.

Do more likes always mean more sales?

Not always. Likes show interest. Watch comments that ask about price or delivery — those often lead to sales.

What if Instagram looks different from Facebook?

That is normal. Different people hang out on each place. Compare each place to its own past weeks.
